How To Run APK Android Apps On Google Chrome (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebook) (September 2015)

Up until now accepted method for me to run Android APK Apps on desktop was using Blue Stacks, an Android Emulator. I just got linked alternative method, which might be quite a bit better solution. It involves Chrome browser app called Arc Welder.
