Originally this blog was meant to have lot less posts and to serve simply as a place I can send newbies with too many basic questions.  Over time I ended up having too many posts with deals which expired and other nonsense cluttering up things.

Quite frankly I do not really have time to keep updating blogs like this one with any regularity. So I'm making this post and linking bunch of other useful posts/pages you should look through rather than scroll through rest.

To open with, one thing you MUST understand before you begin is that you do not read a book, or a blog post or some WSO and turn around and start seeing thousands of dollars coming your way.

When a person claims to be a millionaire online it still inspires disbelief for some reason. Too many people seem to not understand that a million American dollars is quite frankly not a lot of money.

 You CAN just use any other link shortening service if you like, Goo.gl, for example, but that removes ability for Amazon to provide you some analytics so best way is to shorten URL using Amazon itself.

Gumroad Finally Adds Affiliate Program

I am one of the early adopters of Gumroad, and its one of the places I recommend to everyone I know.  In no way do I benefit from your use of their service, unless you are buying one of my products that I sell through them, they are just quality and should be used and supported as they keep improving in directions that are in sync with what I want from service like theirs.

It is not affiliate program for referring folks to Gumroad, but a built in affiliate program so that you can have affiliates sell your items.

Obvious reason is because Gumroad is free to use and only takes percentages after you make a sale. If you are giving away your items for free through Gumroad, they offer free storage and charge you nothing, which is really cool.

I do not want to follow anybody to get followed back, therefore I am leaving out places like Twiends. Most people on those places will unfollow you, and they are fake traffic anyway. One thing you will realize if you ever actually use Twitter is that there is no way to follow more than 30-50 people and actually keep up.

Originally I wanted 100k followers and I got them, but I ended up using bot (which no longer works as Twitter changed ToS and API) and it ended up with me having to follow nearly as many people. That makes that Twitter account utterly worthless.
